Easton Stick is an NFL Quarterback and is currently playing for the Los Angeles Chargers. Easton was drafted by the Chargers in the 5th round of the 2019 NFL Draft. He played college football at North Dakota State University where he led the Bison to three FCS National Championships in four years. With a 49–3 college record as a starter at NDSU, Stick holds the record for most wins by a starting quarterback in FCS history. 

In this episode, Easton joins Stephen Glasser for a conversation about life in the NFL and what it takes to be a winner on and off the field.
